The odd shaped closet is to access a basement if you build over one. The closet in the master is a little small for that sized home. I’d give up 18 inches of that oversized bathroom to put a rack on the left side of the closet. This home would be fantastic for a big growing family!

Some of the things I’d like to see built into modular/mobile homes are: Tilt-out windows (for easy cleaning), electric plugs in bathrooms (for bidets), tile kick panels on kitchen breakfast bars (to prevent scuff marks/damages), lights in every closet/pantry. • I loved that you don’t enter the house with a view of the kitchen. I like almost everything about this modular. I like the layout of this house but the bedrooms were pretty small for the size of the house. The only other negative is the pantry but plenty of storage in the utility room and all the cabinets in the kitchen. I’m not in West Virginia but if I was this would be the house I would choose.

• LOVE that you could not see into the kitchen when you opened the door. Loved everything in the kitchen. Loved the floor in the utility room, forgot to check the main bathroom. Would change a few things but was a very good home.

• Major things like room configuration & size, traffic flow, and the sense of a less fully open floor plan are great but it was some of the smaller touches that caught my eye.

• Stuff like the kitchen cupboards going all the way to the bulkhead rather than leaving that odd dusty/greasy space above, what looked to be room for an upright fridge or freezer in the laundry room, the kitchen island being unbroken by a stovetop or sink and therefore completely useable as prep space, and even the kitchen faucet not sticking up above the pass-through to be visible from the den/family room. Always bonus points for a nice big tub in the master bath, and even the fairly small master closet would more than suffice for my entire wardrobe.

• Nice layout, but I would make a few changes to fit my family better. The unfinished attic is great space for not only storage but also for other things…I would turn it into my soaking studio.

• A nice place. Like the entry. The micro and oven stack in the Kitchen is a great way to go. Love the den. On the front that large decorative dormer I’d want to go wider than the front door so it could be extended out to make a porch. Also make it a real dormer to add room upstairs. Oh yeah, as I always want do a basement option and move the heat and water utilities in the basement. Moving the furnace gives more room in the Utility Room.

• Really nice. A favorite type of layout for me. Love that the kitchen isn’t in your face when you walk in. Nice kitchen but the colors they chose in the living room didn’t do anything for me. I would absolutely have to change that.

Now the pantry could have been a walk in, but it’s still very nice. The rooms are fair sized; the main bedroom didn’t appear to be very big though. Love that bathtub in main bathroom. This one feels homey to me, just needs screened in porches front & back. The den is really a beautiful room!

• Can this home come without the 2nd story? I love it as a rambler! I can’t manage stairs to well. Maybe put an elevator in where the stairs are? The door in the kitchen could be the door to the elevator. That would make the living room a bit larger. The space in the 2 new story could hold the mechanics of the elevator.

• You are making us wait until Saturday to find out what happened? Darn. In this house I would make the living room into a cozy “library” and ask for a fireplace option in there. I love the laundry room. That is like another small kitchen/pantry. I would like a bigger closet in the Master and a fancier bathroom (although that tub is massive). • That large family room would make a perfect Theater room. Some blackout curtains on the windows for when you want the ultimate theater experience. I must sat though that barn door to me stands out like a sore thumb. Did not flow well at all with the rest of the kitchen. That’s about the only thing I would change on this home.

• Very nice house and a reasonably good plan. One thing, I don’t like is that you have to go through the living room in order to get to the utility room and back door. Of course, it looks like you can use the slider in the family room for a back door to avoid carting groceries across the living room.

• I must leave a comment to those considering a modular home. You’re going be challenged with appraisals by people who have no clue about modular homes and their value being just like a stick home. You’ll encounter zoning laws that have misconceptions about modular’s being a mobile home. Perception of neighbor’s if your trying to place your modular in a town or city, tax laws for mobile homes vs modular and finally obtaining home insurance. The lack of knowledge was a big surprise, especially for my husband who did appraisals for many years, in a different State from where we now reside.

• Yes, it’s nice and large. Of course, I would have ZERO carpet, especially in the dining room. What idiot wants carpet in the dining room? GROSS, that’s just begging for nastiness!!

• And they ‘cheaped out’ installing those awful plastic coated wire shelves in pantry and closets. Just use wood shelving and either wood or heavy duty metal hanging rods. Then there’s the acrylic tub and surround in guest bath, and the acrylic tub, seat and floor in the shower in master bath. Ugh! Sorry, I just don’t like acrylic. I prefer all tile showers and porcelain coated metal tubs because the water stays warm for much longer than in acrylic. The other appointments in this house are rather higher end, so why skimp in other places that are just as important??

• Very nice, but one major bone to pick. That is the family room is only accessible from the kitchen! Walk past the stove while in cooking or the fridge on the way? Kitchens should not be pass-through rooms. I like it for the most part

• We live in WV. Year’s ago we looked at homes on that very lot. Nothing like this in those days.

• Math correction for you Chance the house was 37.4 x 66 = 2,468 and the addition was 13 x 26 = 338 so the total sqft is approximately 2806 sqft. I was wondering how you could have more square footage on the upstairs, than the downstairs. Just a friendly FYI.

• The exterior was a bit awkward but tolerable. The layout of the interior was much better in terms of clear separations of rooms. Finally! That barn door has GOT to go as it is ugly and disturbs the better lines of the kitchen layout. That being said, this is one of the better houses. If the kitchen entrance had some kind of a glass paned door, it would be perfect.

• I like the floor plan but i wood paint the house a different color and change the kitchen cabinets and paint the wood trim throughout the house and different carpet..

• What is the pot filler. Never seen one of those
