The main goal of the project is to enable thousands of transactions to be executed and processed within seconds. IDEX is the utility token of the exchange and can be staked by Nodes to validate transactions on the off-chain ledger.

How Does IDEX Work?

IDEX functions as an order book exchange while the project combines elements of centralized and decentralized exchanges to facilitate greater speeds for executing transactions on the ledger. The majority of DEX platforms in the market are AMMs, while IDEX uses order books and centralizes the system used for matching orders on the network.

For maximum functionality and speed on Ethereum, IDEX uses Layer-2 Optimistic Rollups. The Optimistic Rollup is a solution for scaling that uses greater speeds in processing transactions off-chain while retaining the decentralized model of the mainnet, in this case, IDEX. Ethereum users can experience congestion issues when the network is busy, which is when gas prices increase and using Ethereum becomes expensive. That is why Ethereum is slowly transitioning to the Proof of Stake consensus mechanism with the upcoming Ethereum 2.0 upgrade.

Le cours de la crypto IDEX en 2021

Le token IDEX est le jeton natif de la plateforme. Le graphique suivant reprend l’évolution du cours du token IDEX sur l’année 2021.

IDEX a commencé l’année à environ 0,03 €, avant de connaître une première phase haussière qui poussera le token à flirter avec la barre des 0,20 € au début du mois d’avril. S’en suivra alors une phase de correction, qui débutera bien avant que le marché tout entier des cryptomonnaies ne corrige à la baisse à partir de la mi-mai. Fin mai, le jeton retrouve alors le niveau qui était le sien en début d’année.

Pendant près d’un mois, le jeton crypto IDEX verra son cours assez proche des 0,05 €. Avant d’exploser le 5 septembre. La forte hausse des deux derniers jours est particulièrement parlante graphiquement. A l’heure ou nous écrivons ces lignes, l’actif s’échange contre 0,44 €. Pour un marketcap proche des 300 millions d’euros.

On constate que les petites phases de correction après une hausse se terminent toujours systématiquement plus haut que la phase précédente. Un fait qui explique en grande partie que le cours de l’actif soit en train d’exploser. Lorsque l’une des prochaines phases de correction se terminera plus bas que le niveau précédent après correction, les investisseurs chercheront alors probablement à revendre. Créant alors les conditions à une baisse du cours de l’actif.

En terme de volume d’échange, le token entre dans le top 30 des monnaies virtuelles les plus échangées sur les dernières 24 heures, preuve de l’engouement généralisé pour IDEX. En dehors du top 100, IDEX est aujourd’hui la crypto la plus échangée sur les marchés.

Qu’Attendre de ce Projet à l’Avenir ?

Pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent profiter de la forte volatilité sur l’actif, il faudra rester attentif aux mouvements et à l’évolution du graphique. Pour cela, les outils de l’analyse technique (ou graphique) pourront être utilisés.

Si l’on regarde du côté des algorithmes de prédiction, DigitalCoinPrice semble afficher une tendance positive à moyen et long terme. D’ici à la fin de l’année, le jeton pourrait voir son cours compris entre 0,60 et 0,70 USD. La barre du dollar pourrait être dépassée courant de l’année 2024.

Les modèles d’autres outils comme TradingBeasts ou encore WalletInvestor ne semblent pas encore avoir pris en considération la hausse des 48 dernières heures. Ces modèles affichent donc une tendance baissière sur une approche de moyen à long terme.

En terme de potentiel, le projet semble être intéressant. De nouvelles fonctionnalités sont régulièrement implantées, laissant augurer d’une forte activité des porteurs de projet. IDEX est par ailleurs très présent sur les réseaux sociaux pour faire état de la mise en place de ces nouveautés.
